Crispy and buttery large buckwheat blini with melted butter, whipped sour cream, Russian style pickled cucumber and honey, onion and topping by your choise:
40 g rainbowtrout roe,
30 g whitefish roe,
40 g tartar made of cold smoked pike,
40 g air dried ham and cherry balsamic cyrup,
40 g seaweed caviar [ VEGAN ] or
50 g forset mushroom salad [ VEGAN ].
We recommend to choose one blini with one topping as a starter (14 €). As a main course: please choose four toppings and we’ll bring as many blinis as you can eat (28 €).
Extra toppings 5 € each and extra blinis 3 € each.

Tartar made of Ben Henriksson’s cold smoked pike with green apple, sour cream and smooth black salsify and fennel soup.
